have to cancel?

If you can't make it to your appointment, don't sweat it!

If you cancel in less than 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service cost. 

If you are more than 15 minuets late, we may have to alter your service to accommodate the remaining allotted time, or reschedule.

No call, No shows will be charged 100% of your service cost.

On the day of your appointment, please come with clean, dry hair. This is especially important if you are getting a color service, as the color will process best on clean hair.

Feel free to bring a drink, light snack, phone charger, or a good book to your appointment. Some services can be long, so come prepared!

Sometimes life can be overwhelming, and I always want my guests to feel comfortable and content during their time in my chair. If you would like a quiet appointment to rest, get some work done, or simply calm your mind, please let me know and I would be happy to accommodate. 

At home haircare

Although I only use the best products & techniques to ensure your hair stays healthy during your service, your haircare routine at home is equally important! For the best results: 

  • wash your hair with cool water to extend your color's longevity

  • use products that are targeted for your main hair concerns (if you don't know what your hair needs, I am happy to lead you in the direction of products that will be beneficial to you)

  • always use a heat protectant when styling to maintain your hair's integrity

Purple shampoo guidelines

Purple shampoo is used to neutralize unwanted yellow tones in the hair, as purple cancels out yellow on the color wheel, leaving a cool blonde finish. While purple shampoo is a great tool for blondes, it is often misused. Here are some guidelines to follow that will improve your results:

  • First, use a "regular" shampoo to cleanse and prep your hair for the toning process. THEN use your purple shampoo, and let sit for 5-7 mins. Finish with a repairing or hydrating conditioner or masque

  • Use no more than once a week, as overuse will lead to dull blonde.
